Ms. Pallavi is a promising young professional serving as an Extern and Administrative Assistant at Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka. She completed her Advanced Level education at J/Uduthurai Maha Vidyalayam, the only Type I-AB school in the Vadamaradchy East Division, one of the most underserved regions in Sri Lanka. Her determination to pursue higher learning despite challenging circumstances reflects her resilience and commitment to personal growth.

Recognizing her strong potential in Information Technology, Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka identified and referred her to the Coding Accelerator Programme at Uki Coding School, an initiative of Yarl IT Hub. The programme provides comprehensive training in software development, business fundamentals, spoken English, communication skills, and career readiness, while also offering job placement support upon completion. Through this programme, Pallavi has strengthened her technical knowledge and developed the professional competencies required to succeed in the rapidly evolving digital economy.

Following her request for an externship opportunity, Visions assessed her interests and capabilities in administration, finance, and information technology and welcomed her to the organization as an Extern and Administrative Assistant. In this role, she supports administrative operations while gaining valuable practical experience in organizational management, finance, and programme implementation.

Ms. Pallavi is a motivated and enthusiastic young professional with a passion for technology and innovation. Having completed leadership development training through Visions, she has further enhanced her communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. She aspires to become a Cyber Security Specialist and is committed to continuously expanding her technical expertise while contributing to the empowerment of other young people through technology. Her dedication to learning, professional excellence, and community service makes her a valuable emerging member of the Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka team.
