Mr. Tharumarasa Ajanthakumar serves as the Secretary of Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka (VGE) and is a Lecturer in Tamil at the University of Jaffna. Prior to joining the University, he served as a Tamil teacher in the school education sector, gaining valuable experience in teaching and academic development.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Tamil and an M.Phil. in Tamil from the University of Jaffna, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the Open University of Sri Lanka. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Tamil at the University of Peradeniya.

Mr.Ajanthakumar has actively contributed to the field of Tamil language and literature through several research studies, publishing scholarly articles in academic journals that have enriched existing knowledge in the discipline. He is also the author of several Tamil storybooks, reflecting his passion for literature and creative writing.

Renowned for his exceptional communication and public speaking abilities, Mr.Ajanthakumar is a highly respected motivational speaker, particularly in the Jaffna District. Through his inspiring lectures and training sessions, he has motivated students, educators, and young people to pursue academic excellence, personal growth, and leadership. His academic expertise, research contributions, and commitment to youth development make him a valuable member of the leadership team at Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka.
