Mr. Linges Sitsabesan is an active community leader who has contributed to numerous social and community development initiatives as both a patron and committee member. He is committed to improving the well-being of his community through voluntary service and active civic engagement.

Professionally, he serves as an Assistant Postmaster at the Viyabarimoolai Sub Post Office in Jaffna. In addition, he holds the position of Secretary of the Rural Development Society, where he plays a key role in coordinating community development activities and promoting local initiatives.

Mr. Sitsabesan is also actively involved in volunteer work, supporting a range of social and community-based programmes. He holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Colombo, which complements his administrative and organizational skills.
