Mrs. Ranka Kanthsamy serves as the Admin and Accounts Assistant at Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka, where she plays a vital role in managing the organization's administrative functions and financial operations. Since joining the organization, she has evolved into a highly capable accounting and administrative professional, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, financial discipline, and organizational skills. She contributes significantly to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, managing office administration, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Ms. Kanthsamy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Economics from the University of Jaffna and completed her secondary education at J/Thevaraiyali Hindu College, Karaveddy. Her academic background has provided her with a strong foundation in economics, financial management, and administration, enabling her to effectively support the organization's operational and financial management.

Alongside her professional career, Ms. Kanthsamy has cultivated a strong passion for creativity and design. Since 2017, she has worked part-time as a designer at 90's Creations, where she has developed expertise in graphic design, decorative arts, paper crafts, and creative visual presentations. She is particularly skilled in paper art, wall décor, drawing, and other forms of artistic expression, and enjoys exploring new creative techniques in her free time.

Ms. Kanthsamy is a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional who is committed to continuous learning and personal growth. Having received leadership development training through Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka, she has strengthened her leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while continuing to grow in both her administrative and creative careers. She aspires to become a professional art designer and is passionate about nurturing creativity among children and young people.
