Mr. N. Theivendrarajah is the founding President of Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka. He is a retired Zonal Director of Education with over 29 years of distinguished service in educational leadership and administration. Throughout his career, he has successfully led government educational institutions and contributed significantly to the advancement of education and educational management in Sri Lanka.
Academically, Mr. Theivendrarajah earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physical Science from the University of Peradeniya in 1986 and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Jaffna in 2005.
During his public service, he held several key positions, including Teacher, Principal, Assistant Director of Education, and Zonal Director of Education, serving in various schools and Zonal Education Offices across the Northern Province. He played a pivotal role in strengthening the education sector by facilitating numerous training programmes and professional development workshops for teachers, principals, and education administrators, aligning their work with Sri Lanka's national education goals. He is widely respected for his outstanding contributions to the field of education and has served, and continues to serve, as an advisor and patron to several government and private institutions.
Following his retirement from the education sector, Mr. Theivendrarajah served as the Provincial Director of the National Police Commission.
At Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka, he has been instrumental in designing and delivering leadership development programmes as a Lead Trainer, directly impacting more than 1,000 school students, university students, and professionals from the public and private sectors across the Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka. His extensive experience, visionary leadership, and commitment to youth empowerment continue to make him a valuable asset to the organization.
