Mrs. Densil Rajkumar Pravtha serves as the Training Coordinator of Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka, where she plays a key role in designing, coordinating, and delivering leadership development, life skills, and career guidance programmes for children, youth, and educators across Sri Lanka. Since joining the organization in 2022, she has contributed significantly to the implementation of training programmes, curriculum development, training evaluation, and the preparation of learning materials. 

Mrs. Pravtha holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics, and an M.Phil. in Mathematics from leading universities in India. Before joining Visions, she served as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Loyola Institute of Engineering and later as an Assistant Professor at Imayam Arts and Science College, where she taught mathematics, conducted research, and mentored undergraduate students. Her academic career has strengthened her expertise in teaching, research, curriculum development, and educational leadership.

Over the years, Mrs. Pravtha has evolved into an expert trainer in leadership development and life skills education, facilitating training programmes for school students, university students, teachers, and community leaders across the Northern and Eastern Provinces. She is recognized for her engaging facilitation skills, learner-centred approach, and ability to inspire young people to develop leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

In addition to her training expertise, Mrs. Pravtha is a strong community mobilizer who works closely with schools, government institutions, community-based organizations, and local leaders to promote youth participation and community development. Her ability to build partnerships, coordinate large-scale educational programmes, and empower communities has contributed significantly to the success and expansion of Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka's initiatives.

In recognition of her outstanding commitment to youth empowerment and leadership development, Mrs.Pravtha was awarded prestigious two-year AllPeopleBeHappy Fellowship. Through this fellowship, she leads and expands innovative programmes that create lasting impact among young people in Sri Lanka while strengthening her leadership and community development practice.

With a strong academic foundation, extensive teaching experience, and a passion for youth empowerment, Mrs. Pravtha continues to play a vital role in advancing Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka's mission of developing confident, responsible, and socially engaged young leaders across the country.
