Mr. George Inparas is currently serving as a Planning Officer in the Vadamaradchy North Divisional Secretariat, where he plays an important role in local planning, development coordination, and public administration. Alongside his professional responsibilities, he has actively engaged in numerous community development initiatives as a volunteer, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service. He also has a keen interest in sports and has actively promoted sports-related activities within the community.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Special) Degree from the University of Jaffna. In recognition of his integrity, dedication, and valuable service to society, the Ministry of Justice appointed him as a Justice of the Peace (All Island), a prestigious honorary position in Sri Lanka.

Following the end of the civil conflict, he made a significant contribution to post-war recovery and rehabilitation efforts by supporting the assessment, planning, and implementation of reintegration programmes for resettled communities in the Vadamaradchy North, South, and East Divisions of the Jaffna District. His expertise in planning, community development, and public administration, together with his commitment to volunteerism and social service, continues to make him a valuable contributor to the work of Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka.
